- Refunds / partial refunds
- Cancellations
- Address changes
You MUST have previous experience in answering support emails to Shopify customers, I don't want someone with 0 experience. My company is big and I need somebody to learn fast and work on their own almost in the 3-7 days.
Must send a 1 min long video about yourself when applying, I need to see that your serious about this. Just a short introduction about yourself nothing crazy.
Bonuses may occur if job is well-done for weeks
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
