We’re Hiring | Customer Support Executive – Chat Process (International BFSI) Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
Process: International BFSI Chat Support
Shift: 24/7 Rotational (5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Offs)
Cab Facility: Available (Within Hiring Zone)
Role Overview:
Handle customer queries via live chat
Manage multiple chats simultaneously
Provide accurate support for financial products/services
Ensure high-quality service & customer satisfaction
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Eligibility:
✔ Graduate / Undergraduate
✔ Minimum 6 months BFSI experience (Mandatory)
✔ Typing Speed: 35+ WPM
✔ Excellent English Communication (Written & Verbal)
✔ Ability to handle multiple chats
Interview Process:
HR → Operations → Versant → Client Round
Ideal Candidate:

Strong multitasking skills
Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
