Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services
  • Resolve queries related to accounts, transactions, debit/credit cards, and other banking products
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in customer interactions
  • Follow security protocols and ensure customer data confidentiality
  • Log all customer interactions in the system accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when required
