Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive (IT HelpDesk), you will provide prompt support, handle inquiries, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting with system testing, improving processes, and ensuring compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, with a preference for Mandarin speakers. Ideal candidates have customer service or IT support experience and can work rotational shifts from Monday - Saturday. The ideal candidate should be bringing a balance of experience and adaptability to the role.
