Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Global Customer Support Associate to handle international customer interactions across voice and chat channels. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service delivery, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and maintain a high standard of professionalism while supporting global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer interactions for international clients via calls or chat

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical/basic service issues in a timely manner

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics

Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
