  • Work Mode: Work from Office (Jaipur, Rajasthan)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-Voice or Email-Chat Support.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools is required.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English (Written & Verbal). Must clear B2 Level Versant or equivalent.
  • Competencies: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and basic computer proficiency.
