- Work Mode: Work from Office (Jaipur, Rajasthan)
- Working Days: 5.5 Days

Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-Voice or Email-Chat Support.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools is required.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (Written & Verbal). Must clear B2 Level Versant or equivalent.
- Competencies: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and basic computer proficiency.
