About the Role:
Were hiring a Customer Support Associate to provide first-class service to our German-speaking clients while working remotely from Turkey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.

  • Provide step-by-step assistance and resolve issues promptly.

  • Escalate complex cases when needed.

  • Keep records of all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • German C2 and English C1.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Good multitasking and computer skills.
