ABOUT THE ROLE

At Arrow, we're currently looking for a Customer Support Associate. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as part of a team by managing complex post-booking processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and supporting high-tier customers across the full order-to-invoice cycle.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Provide internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
  • Manage the post-booking to invoice process, including maintenance of Value-Added orders, follow-up activities, and timely order fulfilment.
  • Handle backlog management, including complex and high-tier customer backlog, expedites, allocations, constrained materials, and open order demands.
  • Work with buyers, asset teams, different portals, and Business Intelligence systems to support order processing, reporting, and issue resolution.
