Responsibilities:

+ Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

+ Coordinate shipments with internal teams and external carriers

+ Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers

+ Communicate with clients regarding order status, updates, and issues

+ Resolve discrepancies related to orders, pricing, and shipments

+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

+ Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams

+ Assist with general administrative and customer support tasks


Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience with the manufacturing OR distribution industry and experience handling order entry / coordinating shipments for clients
