Job Summary
Responsible for providing system support and conducting training for iKOOP system users to ensure smooth and effective system usage.

  • Provide technical support and assistance in the use of the iKOOP system to customers.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to system operations.
  • Prepare and deliver basic training sessions for new users.
  • Develop training materials, user guides and support documentation.
  • Record and maintain support tickets, training reports and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and the Support & Training Team Leader for system improvements.

Job Requirement

  • Familiarity with cooperative operations and prior engagement with cooperative entities will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
