Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support/Service Desk Analyst who has experience of working within a busy contact or call centre and who wants to start a career in IT. This role will require you to work on a shift rota that will include 24/7 shifts, so you must be flexible with working hours. You will gain experience of working within a telecoms and IT/Software environment and pick up lots of experience within the IT industry.
