Customer Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities
Intake end-to-end Processor.
Onboarding and renewal factory intake to Ethical Sourcing program. Process through Corrective Action Plan, as needed.
Business Operations Support
Factory record updates, and task re-assignment.
User account support (creation, modification, deletion)
Basic troubleshooting to resolve user or platform issues.
Ad hoc tasks and special projects.
Will be dealing with the client/customer via email, chat, and minimal calls.
Role is similar to Know Your Customer (KYC) with some technology components.
Job Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or any related discipline together with equivalent working experience.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Possesses research and navigation skills.
Displays strong analytical skills.
Has email management/support experience.
Has a strong customer service experience.
