Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a support agent. In this role, you will find and manage NEMT trips via phone calls, emails, and chat.

  • Fixed Night Shifts (5:00 pm – 02:00 am). Monday to Friday
  • Candidates should have sound knowledge of using a computer, internet and also Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Candidates with a proactive approach, good communication, and English language skills.
  • Experienced Call Centre professionals are also encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
