Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their team.


This is an onsite position.


Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, social media or chat Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution Update our internal databases with information and record inquiries, comments and complaints Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with our Product teams Requirements Fluency in Portuguese Fluency in English (verbal and written)  Experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar CS role is appreciated Familiarity with our industry is a plus Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication and problem-solving...
