● Providing support to customers in our Greek market by phone calls, email

and live chats.

● Identifying clients' needs to emphasize and proactively propose solutions.

● Put a key focus on customer expectations and satisfaction.

● Work closely with the Customer Support team to identify areas of

improvement and implement robust solutions.

● 24-hour coverage with 8-hour shifts
