**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for boat and ATV shoppers, providing expert guidance and personalized support. You’ll respond to customer inquiries, conduct proactive outreach, and help connect customers with their local Tracker Boat Center sales teams. Your role is key in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving engagement through timely, knowledgeable, and friendly service.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Employs best practices for handling of inbound email inquiries and in/outbound telephone communications as prescribed by team leaders to help Boat and ATV shoppers with their information needs and set appointments with Tracker Boat Center team members at company-owned dealerships.
+ Acquires and maintains company and product knowledge needed to assure quality response to customer inquiries.
