Job Description
- Ensure high-quality customer contact by phone and in writing in German and French.
- Handle customer inquiries competently and courteously.
- Resolve customer issues as much as possible on first contact to increase customer satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries regarding invoices, tariffs, products, and move notifications, and provide support for digital services and apps.
- Escalate more complex requests or complaints to the responsible specialist departments.
- Work closely with internal specialist departments to ensure consistently high service quality.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and experience in customer-facing roles and administrative tasks.
- Enjoy interacting with customers by phone.
- Quick learner with a good technical aptitude.
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with SAP and CRM systems is an advantage.
