Customer Support Administrator – Order Management ( German)

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the end-to-end order process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management
  • Accurately and promptly process customer orders upon receipt
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting according to business requirements
  • Provide basic product information to customers
  • Resolve queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices
  • Process returns and ensure smooth resolution of issues
