Customer Success Specialist: End-to-End Orders

Integer Holdings Corporation in Tijuana, Mexico seeks a Customer Success Representative to manage the end-to-end order process for internal and external customers, coordinating across Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality and Sales to deliver timely solutions.

The role functions as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring accurate quotes, contract execution and multi-site coordination. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in medical device Customer Service are preferred.
