About The Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Representative based in our Calgary Head Office located in beautiful Eau Claire. This role is hybrid. It is in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead engaging presentations and demos (online, in-person, and at events)
  • Guide customers through onboarding and keep them engaged
  • Upsell new features and services
  • Work closely with Account Managers and log activities in Salesforce
  • Use customer insights to drive retention and product improvements
