About the role

We are looking for a customer success project coordinator to join Mixvoip’s customer success team, the people who make sure everything works smoothly for our customers.

You will be at the center of customer projects, acting as the main point of contact between customers, sales, technical teams, and suppliers.

Your role is to ensure that services are delivered correctly, on time, and in line with customer expectations.

Customer success at Mixvoip is not just about support, it is about ownership, coordination, and building long-term trust with our customers.
