Podcast Network Asia is seeking a proactive, empathetic, and highly organized Customer Success Officer (Contractual). In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our podcast hosts and brand partners, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services. Unlike a traditional support role, you won't just wait for problems to arise—you will actively manage the client journey from onboarding to reporting, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
