The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure the successful adoption of Deltek’s SaaS products. This role includes renewing existing SaaS contracts, identifying new business and expansion opportunities, meeting or exceeding quotas for both renewals and expansions, and providing responsive support for customer requests, inquiries, and training needs.
