Job Description

Role Summary

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager for our OTT/streaming client portfolio,

someone technical enough to own QA/automation conversations across mobile devices and

smart TV and streaming platforms, and commercial enough to own the account

relationship, renewals, and upsell.


Key Requirements

  • Own OTT/streaming client accounts end-to-end – onboarding, delivery, renewals, and upsell.
  • Translate client requirements into test scope across OTT platforms (webOS, Tizen, Android TV, streaming devices, Apple tvOS) and mobile/web streaming apps.
  • Review automation test scripts and results (Playwright or equivalent) with the QA team; represent findings credibly to client stakeholders.
  • Help sales team internally by identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities and also for scope negotiation, renewals, and account growth.
