Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will proactively drive adoption and retention, build relationships with customers, and ensure they receive maximum value from our services.

You will work in coordination with Product Onboarding, Technical Account Management, and Account Management teams. As the primary partner contact, you will orchestrate all efforts to keep adoption and usage high, drive value recognition, and maintain the gross retention, CSAT, health score, and lock‑in score of our partners.

  • You’ll be the face of Insider to our clients and the bridge between their needs and our technology.
  • Help clients understand which of our features and products best match their goals and expectations.
  • Ensure clients are utilizing our technology at their best, monitor and facilitate adoption.
