Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the onsite resource between the client and our internal ERP development/implementation team.

2. Assist in the implementation process, including setup, configuration, data migration support, and system testing.

3. Provide training and guidance to client users to ensure effective adoption of ERP modules.

4. Understand client business processes and map them to ERP functionalities.

5. Monitor user activity and identify areas where additional support or training is needed.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve basic functional or usage issues; escalate complex technical issues to the product/technical team.

7. Collect client feedback and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
