About the Role
We are hiring a Client Success Manager to act as the bridge between our agency and eCommerce clients in Pakistan and US.
This role is responsible for client retention, satisfaction and growth.
Ensuring clients feel supported, informed and confident in our execution.
This is not a support role. This is a relationship ownership and leadership role.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned eCommerce clients
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover from sales
Manage client communication, expectations, and timelines
Translate client goals into clear internal action plans
Coordinate with Paid Ads, Creative, and Outreach teams
Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls and performance reviews
Proactively identify risks, upsell opportunities, and growth areas
