Become a vital part of IHUBApp as a Customer Success Manager, where you will oversee customer onboarding and ensure long-term engagement. This SaaS position requires strong training and communication skills.
Your role will be critical in using your two-plus years of Customer Success experience to onboard and train clients on core platform features. You will be responsible for creating success plans that drive product adoption and monitor account health actively.
