Customer Success Manager - Finance AI

We’re seeking a client-focused professional who can guide new customers through onboarding, implementation, training, and adoption to ensure a smooth launch and long-term success with the platform.

What you’ll do:

• Lead onboarding and implementation calls with new clients
• Assist clients with integrations and system setup
• Train clients on how to use Strata AI effectively
• Answer questions and troubleshoot implementation issues
• Coordinate with the development team when technical support is needed
• Ensure clients are fully launched and comfortable using the platform
• Help drive strong product adoption and engagement after launch
