About the Position
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Surglogs you are responsible for developing and maintaining long‑term business relationships with our clients. This starts by deeply understanding the customer’s priorities, followed by onboarding and training that ensures they are receiving value from Surglogs’ software. The CSM is expected to educate their customers on new features and best practices, monitor utilization, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
