What you’ll do
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders using digital‑first engagement and proactive touchpoints, managing a healthy portfolio of Enterprise accounts and ensuring maximum value from our platform.
- Become a BuildOps product expert, enabling customers to utilize the platform to its full potential, driving feature adoption and sharing best practices.
- Craft and execute tailored Success Plans focused on value realization, identifying business workflows, pain points, and goals to deliver measurable outcomes and support long‑term retention and expansion.
