Locations

Customer Success Manager responsibilities include ensuring smooth onboarding, guiding customers through implementation, and maintaining high satisfaction with Safetica solutions.

Identify opportunities for growth and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, collaborating closely with the CSM team in each region.
