Instagrid launched in the Australian market in through a local distribution partner and is now entering its growth stage. We operate a two-tier model with one master distributor and a growing network of resellers.

To support market development and continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as the on-the-ground extension of our team. This role bridges the gap between our European headquarters and our partners, with a focus on onboarding new resellers, supporting the wider partner network across Australia and New Zealand, engaging with end customers, and ensuring a consistent brand presence.
