Azumo is looking for a
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery and adoption of our software solutions.
The position is FULLY REMOTE, based in Latin America.
As a
Customer Success Manager
, you will play a critical role in building long term partnerships with our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, Sales, Delivery and Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction, engagement and retention.

The position demands a hands-on, client-focused individual who excels at building long-term relationships, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the successful adoption of technology solutions.
