Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage end-to-end customer lifecycle, drive product adoption, ensure retention, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and manage B2B SaaS clients
Drive product usage and customer satisfaction
Conduct regular review meetings (QBRs/MBRs)
Handle renewals, upsell & cross-sell opportunities
Reduce churn and improve retention
Coordinate with Sales, Product & Support teams
