Customer Success Manager (Retention & Growth)

Package: $130k-$150k base + 30% variable remuneration (VR)

This is not a traditional sales role - it is centred on customer retention, satisfaction, renewals, whilst identifying opportunities to add value to the customer and additional products and services to the existing portfolio.
