Customer Success Manager, Ads Solutions

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to support advertisers in onboarding, launching, and growing on OpenAI’s advertising platform. The role involves managing a portfolio of partners, serving as a trusted advisor, and helping clients achieve their business objectives while ensuring a responsible and secure experience on our platform. Based in our Singapore office, the position follows a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offers relocation assistance to new employees.
