Job Description
Support the Customer Success and SMB Sales team in managing client accounts and onboarding activities.
Assist in handling customer queries, follow-ups, and basic support coordination with technical teams.
Help track customer engagement, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Maintain CRM records (leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and follow-ups).
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Conduct market and customer research for SMB segments.
Support lead generation activities (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, inbound queries).
Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items.
