We're hiring a Customer Success Intern to manage and support enterprise client accounts at Wellness360. You'll work directly with our CS team on real accounts - handling onboarding, implementation support, and ongoing client engagement for large employers, healthcare systems, and financial institutions in the US market. This is not a back-office role - you'll be client-facing and cross-functional from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Support onboarding and implementation workflows for new enterprise clients
  • Monitor client health metrics and translate data into actionable insights
