Overview

IBM Software seeks a Customer Success Engineer to design viable client solutions, remove technical barriers to sales, and drive adoption and expansion of IBM products.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Deliver Technical Proof Points: create and present technical accelerators (demonstrations, POTs, POCs, workshops, solution designs, MVPs) to showcase IBM product value.
  • Drive Customer Value: activate entitlements, conduct use‑case workshops, and establish measurable business outcomes with client sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Develop Success Plans: outline deployment roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes to ensure successful adoption and expansion of IBM products.
  • Understand Client Challenges: become a trusted guide for client modernization and adoption of IBM’s technology portfolio.
