The Customer Success Engineer contributes to smooth customer experiences by ensuring high availability and reliability of various platforms/touchpoints used by our customers. He/She will also address customer issues as required by a given business scenario.

- Resolve incidents and issues as they arise.
- Ensures that raised production tickets are closed within SLA.
