Job Functions //*candscope=**clip** - Provide support to clients via email & chat, helping them resolve issues with the platform.
- Onboard trial customers, assessing if Optmyzr is the right solution.
- Create content for customer education, communication, and product adoption.
- Voice customer concerns in internal forums.
