  • Provide support to clients via email & chat, helping them resolve issues with the platform.
  • Onboard trial customers, assessing if Optmyzr is the right solution.
  • Create content for customer education, communication, and product adoption.
  • Voice customer concerns in internal forums.

  • Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to manage incoming chats, emails, and follow‑up calls.
  • Smart, scrappy, and self‑driven.
