Responsibilities

  • Providing customers with product, service knowledge, pricing, terms, or conditions.
  • Meeting customers' requirements and needs.
  • Solving customers' problems with their accounts and finding solutions.
  • Supporting customers via phone calls, emails, chats, or text messages to answer questions.
  • Qualifications

  • 25-35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service. 
  • Good command of English. 
  • Strong communication skills.
