Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Project Kickoff: Ensure smooth onboarding for long-term success.
- Database Management (Storing and Maintaining) on Zoho CRM
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Customer, VAPT, Compliance, Sales, and Accounts teams.
- Follow-ups & Engagement: Maintain regular communication, gather feedback, and enhance product usage.
- Customer Support & Escalations: Address issues promptly and manage escalations efficiently.
- Renewals, Upsells & Cross-Sells: Identify opportunities, present value propositions, and improve customer experience.
- Post Engagement Rapport (Feedbacks/Testimonials/Webinars/Podcasts): Collect success stories to highlight positive outcomes.
- Training Conduction through the Tool for Compliance Projects.
