We are building a dedicated Customer Success team and are looking for a Customer Success Associate to support our clients' success. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, follow-through, and documentation. You'll work closely with senior CSMs to ensure client tasks are completed, tested, and fully documented — making sure clients achieve their goals and every action is clearly tracked in our platform.
