Customer Success Associate

Experience: 1-2 years Job description The ideal CSA candidate will have a passion for solving problems to help new and existing customers leverage the Openprise platform to continuously gain business value from our products and services.

Responsibilities: ● Become an Openprise platform and data management expert ● Work interactively with the rest of the US and India-based CS team to problem-solve, develop new best practices, and improve platform adoption by customers ● Engage with the US-based CS team to build out jobs in the Openprise platform Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields ● Experience with technology platforms ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English ● Time management skills ● Problem solving skills ● Motivated and enthusiastic ● Flexible schedule, possible weekend/evening work Pluses: ● Experience communicating te...
