Our platform runs the entire operation — from back office and point of sale to customer‑facing commerce and payments. As we scale, we’re investing heavily in how we support, grow, and retain our customers long‑term.

The Role

We’re hiring a senior‑level Customer Success leader to fully own and grow post‑go‑live customer relationships.

Once a customer completes implementation (90+ days post‑go‑live), you become their dedicated relationship owner. Your mandate is simple but high‑impact: activate usage, expand adoption, and ensure long‑term retention and growth.

This is a pure account ownership role :

  • No hunting
  • No quota‑carrying sales role
  • No handoffs back to Sales
