Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

+ Execute General Trade Channel Trade Plans in line with Total Trade Category Plans and Brand Marketing Plans to deliver sales, market share, and distribution objectives.

+ Translate customer and shopper insights into actionable trade initiatives tailored to GT channels.

+ Support the planning and execution of trade promotions, POSM, and in-store activation programs across General Trade outlets.

+ Coordinate new product trade launches, ensuring market readiness in terms of availability, pricing, and visibility.

+ Consolidate and analyze inputs from Field Sales and CMI to support demand planning and trade decision-making.

+ Prepare and provide inputs for monthly and quarterly S&OP cycles, contributing to improved forecast accuracy.

+ Track and analyze trade investment and promotional effectiveness; support pack and SKU mix analysis to optimize revenue and profitability.
