WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join Bain’s Customer Practice, a global team focused on helping clients unlock growth through customer strategy, transformation, and operations. The practice develops and commercializes Bain’s intellectual property and solutions across areas including Customer Experience, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence.

Over the past two decades, Bain has built industry and capability-based practices that are central to how we serve clients and deliver results. As part of the Customer Practice, you’ll work closely with Partners, practice leaders, and colleagues around the world to bring innovative solutions to market, shape client opportunities, and drive commercial growth.
