A Day in the Life of a Customer Solutions Specialist

  • Customer Engagement & Sales Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email. Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution. Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
